Karyn has always had a love of drama and music and spent most of schooling taking part in drama productions and studying Flute and Piano. After leaving school she has performed in a number of productions with Blackwood and Henley Beach Players.

Over the past 10 years Karyn has been very busy working in the early childhood field since completing her Degree. She has been working at Theatre Bugs as a teacher since 2007 and before that developed her own music program for preschoolers.

Karyn has had a lot of experience in supporting children and their different learning styles and has had years of experience in supporting children with additional needs. She loves the excitement of working as a teacher at Theatre Bugs and especially enjoys watching children gain confidence within a supported learning environment. 

Karyn has two young children Maya and Sebastian.
