Jennifer Carroll - Teacher

Jenny discovered her passion for children and teaching whilst working
as a dance teacher in India. Since then she has pursued her love of children
and won numerous awards for her continuous volunteer work in industries
such as Carclew and the Women’s and Children’s help centre. She has
also studied areas of dance such as jazz, tap and hip hop and currently
holds drama credentials in Brecht, Commedia D’ell Arte and Melodrama.

Jenny has been a part of the Bugs team since January 2006 and has
developed quite a few identities. As a Teacher and Admin Officer, Jenny
took to wearing an extensive range of fairy outfits and developed the alias
‘Fairy Jenny’ with children and parents. In 2008, Jenny developed the
identity of Fairy Lilly Pilly the party fairy and flourished in this role as
it complimented her naturally bubbly personality and love of fun
and adventure.

As a teacher, Jenny excels in building the confidence levels in her
students whilst engaging them in a fun and interactive environment.
